I did some more digging around on the City Creek/Alabama Street Bikeway project and have new questions on that one:
1. Is everything still on track to allocate construction funds by 2/28/23? It looks like the CTC approved an allocation extension (link <https://catc.ca.gov/-/media/ctc-media/documents/ctc-meet
ings/2021/2021-06/165-2-8a11-a11y.pdf#page=35> ) for this project that automatically extends the TDA Article 3 completion deadline to 2/28/2026.
2. Can you please provide a copy showing approval of the phase budget/scope change? According to the CTC extension approved in 12/2020, the ATP ROW budget is now $817 and, according
to the extension awarded in 6/2021, the ATP CON budget is $2,354. Below shows the budget according to the City’s ATP application which appears to have been modified.
3. Is the City of San Bernardino still going to contribute to this project as planned?
4. Can you please correct and complete the summary below?

b. According to our records, the City Creek/Alabama Street Bikeways project needs to be completed by the end of August 2022. Will this project be completed by then? If not, what
is the CTC approved completion date for the project? Can you please send me a copy of this also?
2. SWK19001 TDA Article 3 – Bicycle/Pedestrian facility 9th St Transit Stops, Sidewalk, & Bikeway Claim #1
a. According to our records, the 9th St Transit Stops, Sidewalk, and Bikeways project needs to be completed by the end of December 2022. Will this project be completed by then?
