Art3_Redlands_FY13_BikePed_OBTIII_Com_220328_CLOSEDHi Gerard, Thanks for calling. Here is a link to most, if not all, of the TDA Article 3 files we have on hand for the City of Redlands (invoices with check routing numbers have been excluded until we get a chance to redact them): http://sanbag-lfweb.sanbag.ca.gov/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=224711&dbid=0&repo=SANBAG It looks like the most recent modification to this award was approved by the SBCTA Board on December 1, 2021 (click link <http://sanbag-lfweb.sanbag.ca.gov/WebLink/DocView.aspx?id=653520&dbid=0&repo= SANBAG> for documentation). Any deviation from completing both the Alabama St. to Tennessee Ave. and Byrn Mawr Ave. and California St. segments by 12/31/23 cannot be reimbursed without prior Board approval of an additional scope change and/or extension. Please let me know if you have any questions and how the City would like to proceed. This grant applies to both sections of the trail from I-10 to California St and the section from Alabama St to Tennessee St., correct? We received bids on the project in February, but the bids were higher than expected. We are planning to re-advertise the Project to only include the section from Alabama St to Tennessee St. I just want to verify that the grant is valid for this section of the Trail.
