Art3_Redlands_FY13_BikePed_OBTIII_Com_190830_CLOSEDHi Cameron and Vanessa, Please see the email below from our Finance department and the attached email from your office from November 2018 vis-à-vis to grant of extension letter from August 2019. Per the November 2018 email, SBCTA was to adjust the $193k Phase 1 allocation to Phase 3. Can you confirm this was done and that the actual grant funding available from this grant is $818,378.80 per City records? Thank you both, ROSS WITTMAN SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER CITY OF REDLANDS rwittman@cityofredlands.org W: 909.798.7524 x1 From: Marie Datuin Sent: Friday, August 30, 2019 11:57 AM To: Ross Wittman <rwittman@cityofredlands.org> Cc: Patty Baker <pbaker@cityofredlands.org>; Savat Khamphou <skhamphou@cityofredlands.org>; James Garland <james.garland@cityofredlands.org> Subject: Monthly Grant Recap & Budget-to-Actual Report - OBT 3 Hi Ross, I was reviewing the attached extension letter from SBCTA and noticed a discrepancy in regard to our available balance amount. The letter is saying we have $627,192.95 available funding but our records show $818,378.80, difference of $191,185.85. I think their ending balance did not reflect our most recent disbursement for OBT3 in the amount of $2,268.86. If we include that, our true difference is $193,454.71. I recall an email from Vanessa (see attached email dated 11/14/18) where she indicated that she will move $193,454.71 from OBT1 allocation to OBT3 to address the discrepancy issue. Can you please follow up with her if she made the adjustments already?
