In Fiscal Year 2013/14, the City of Redlands’s was awarded $34,950 for 10 citywide bus stop improvements with a completion date of June 30, 2016. On January 8, 2015, SBCTA approved a City request to refine the project list and extend the project completion date to June 30, 2017. In Fiscal Year 2017/18, the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) Board of Directors awarded $50,085 for the Redlands Bus Stop Landing Renovations project from the Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article 3 Transit Access Program. In December 2018, SBCTA granted the City of Redland’s request to combine these two awards into one award for $85,035 and to extend the period of time to complete the projects. The revised project completion date was set at December 31, 2019. Due to unanticipated project costs, SBCTA concurs with the City of Redland’s request to amend the project scope to use the TDA Article 3 funds towards bus stop improvements at the locations listed below: #7003 Westbound Brookside Ave west of Eureka St #7004 Westbound Brookside Ave west of Center St #7005 Westbound Brookside Ave west of Ash St #7008 Westbound Brookside Ave east of Price St #6958 Eastbound Brookside Ave east of Center St #6957 Eastbound Brookside Ave east of Ash St #6955 Eastbound Brookside Ave west of Hastings St #6951 Eastbound Barton Rd east of Terracina Blvd #5169 Westbound Redlands Blvd west of Iowa St #5155 Eastbound Redlands Blvd east of Iowa St #6570 Eastbound San Bernardino Ave east of Texas St #6556 Southbound Orange St north of San Bernardino Ave #6573 Northbound Orange St north of San Bernardino Ave #6555 Southbound Orange St north of Pioneer Ave #6574 Northbound Orange St north of Pioneer Ave The removed locations include: #6936 Eastbound State St east of New York St #6890 Westbound Lugonia Ave east of Church St #6843 Eastbound Lugonia Ave east of University St #6848 Eastbound Lugonia Ave east of Via Antibes #6841 Eastbound Lugonia Ave east of Tribune St #6842 Eastbound Lugonia Ave east of Church St #6839 Northbound Orange St north of Brockton Ave #6997 Westbound Citrus Ave east of N Grove St #6965 Eastbound Citrus St east of Judson St #6996 Westbound Citrus St west of Judson St As a friendly reminder, the TDA Article 3 grant award is paid through a reimbursement process upon completion of the project. For projects completed under the awarded amount, SBCTA will reimburse your agency for the TDA Article 3 share of the project using the match percentage identified in your grant applications.
