Board of Directors approved Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article 3 grant funded project as
outlined below.

ATP Share (if applicable) NA
Total Project Cost $678,000

*As long as the project is progressing, SBCTA staff has the authority to grant two one
year extensions. Additional extension(s) must be approved by the SBCTA Board.
As a friendly reminder, there is currently a 10% retention hold on this project. Once the project is
complete, please submit a reimbursement claim for the balance along with:
1. Photos of the completed project and
2. A certified copy of a city council minute action item that both verifies project completion and
authorizes filing of the final claim. Sample language is available upon request.
The TDA Article 3 grant award is for a maximum reimbursable amount. Should your project exceed the
maximum reimbursable amount, SBCTA will not provide any additional reimbursement. For projects
completed under the awarded amount, SBCTA will reimburse your agency for the TDA Article 3 share of
the project using the match percentage identified above and in your grant application. Please also keep in
mind that staff expenses may not be used to fulfill the local match requirement.
Sincerely,
