Good afternoon Lisa,
I’m working on a reimbursement request for the City’s Citywide Channel trail project. The
project, unfortunately, has been moving slow and currently I have invoices from January 2025 to
June 2026 that I have not been able to request for reimbursement due to your agency’s progress
reimbursement minimum requirements. The total of these invoices are $11,268.45 less than the
required 20% minimum.
Since the invoices are for over a year, would it be possible for you to make an exception and
accept our reimbursement request for the stated amount below?
