Thank you for the email; I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. More importantly,
I apologize for my oversight on this item.
We have reviewed and have a path forward to get the claim form and the authorizing
resolution to you. I do have one issue that I am hoping you can work with us on.
Obviously, the Resolution will require a City Council action. Our current City Council
schedule is one meeting per month, with our next meeting scheduled for Wednesday,
July 8. July 8 would also be the thirty-day mark from the receipt of this email. Would
SBCTA be amendable to us getting the necessary approval on July 8 and expediting the
documents back to you on July 9th?
We would appreciate your consideration and flexibility on this. I would be happy to
discuss further as needed.

This is a reminder that you have outstanding submittals that are past due. As outlined in
your award letter, the SBCTA Board approved $180,000 in TDA Article 3 funding for the
Big Bear Rathbun Creek Trail Big Bear Boulevard Crossing (Design), with the
condition that the following items be submitted within six months of award notification.

Authorized Resolution
These items were due May 7, 2026, and, according to our records, we have not yet
received them. At this time, you have 30 days from the date of this email to submit the
required documentation. Failure to do so will result in the rescission of the $180,000
award in accordance with the terms of the award letter. If you believe you already
submitted these materials or need assistance in completing them, please contact us
immediately so we can resolve the issue within the remaining timeframe.
