Hi Victor,
Thank you for the confirmation. This email will suffice; I will add it to our records and
rescind the funds.
Regards,
Ginger

Hi Ginger,
I just want to let you know that we will not be moving forward with the construction of North La
Cadena Bikelane Project. Since the Article 3 fund awarded last year in the amount of $100K
was contingent with REAP 2.0 fund, is there anything you need from us to rescind the award of
the Article 3 fund?
Please feel free to contact me if you need additional information.
Thanks,

We can extend it a little. Glad to hear the City is moving forward with the project.

Hi Ginger,
We just have a meeting with Josh and SBCTA staff today. There is good chance that we will
move forward with the project. We will have another meeting next week and once confirmed
that we will move forward, we will submit the Claim Form and Resolution. Is the 6 months
deadline for submittal can be extended?
Thanks,
Victor

Hi Victor,
That is correct, if you want us to rescind the funds, there is no need to provide a
resolution or signed claim form. My understanding however, was that there was talk of
moving forward with the project but looking for an alternative parking solution.
Please let me know what the City’s final decision is.
Thanks,
Ginger

Hi Ginger,.
The City got awarded with Article 3 fund last year in the amount of $100K that was contingent
with the REAP 2.0. Since the City decided not to pursue with the Class 2 Bikelane Project along
North La Cadena Dr., I was just wondering if this fund will be rescinded since the match for
this is the REAP 2.0 fund. We haven’t submitted the Claim Form and Resolution yet.
Please feel free to contact me if you need additional information.
