Riders at this location have access to Ontario Motor Speedway Park and several offices and hotels. In addition,this stop provides service to numerous residents living in apartment complexes around this stop location. Construction of a shelter would provide protection from the elements for the surge of student riders and help them feel more comfortable at the bus stop. 4)Ontario: FRANCIS @ BAKER EB FS; Route 87;8.7 daily ons&offs; 16 daily buses; Bench-$800 •The purchase of a bench will help this location by creating a more comfortable place for riders waiting for the bus.This stop is located near several warehouses, logistics offices and other workplaces(including RSD Refrigeration,Western States Building Material Yarx and US Logistics).A bench at this location will offer workers in the area a place to rest as they wait as well as improve stop visibility. 5)Montclair: RAMONA @ HOWARD NB; Route 88; 8.5 daily ons&offs; 18 daily buses; Premium Shelter-$52,000 •The City of Montclair will be improving this location with a larger concrete ADA boarding area as part of their roundabout project,so Omnitrans will be able to install the premium bus shelter once the improvements are completed.A shelter will provide seating,shade,and customer information to improve the transit experience for riders who live in the housing surrounding the bus stop. 6)Highland: BASELINE @ GUTHRIE WB; FS Route 4;8.4 daily ons&offs;49 daily buses; Bench-$800 •Installation of a bench will improve the waiting environment by providing seating at the bus stop for riders accessing retail and housing surrounding the stop. 7)Rialto: CACTUS @ RIVERSIDE NB NS; Route 22; 8.3 daily ons&offs; 17 daily hi icac• Ranch-RRnn •The purchase of a bench will help this location by improving the experience of riders waiting for the bus.South of this stop location are Kolb Middle School,and Hughbanks Elementary School within a 0.25-mile distance.South,west, north,and east of the stop location within a 0.5-mile distance are numerous residence locations.A bench at this location will enhance the public transit experience by offering riders a place to rest and making the stop more visible. 8)Montclair: RAMONA @ ORCHARD SB; Route 88;7.7 daily ons&offs; 17 daily buses; Shelter-$20,000 •The City of Montclair will be improving this location with a larger concrete ADA boarding area,so Omnitrans will be able to install the bus shelter once the improvements are completed.A shelter will provide seating,shade,and customer information to improve the transit experience for riders who live in the housing surrounding the bus stop and riders who are going to Montclair High School, nearby to this bus stop. 9)Highland:CENTRAL @ HIBISCUS NB FS; Route 15; 7.6 daily ons&offs; 19 daily buses; Non-ad Shelter-$16,000 •The purchase of a shelter will help this location by improving the experience of riders waiting for the bus.This stop is located near a residential neighborhood west of the stop location.
