The project is currently in construction at 62% complete and anticipated to be complete by November 2020.
Based on this and anticipating any further delays project should be able to be completed before 10/04/2021.
Attached is the resolution and staff report approving the grant in November 2017.

Sorry for my delay in reviewing this. What is the status of this project? Clearly it looks like a lot of work has been done. We just need to make sure you’re close enough to completion
that you’ll be able to complete the project both within budget and by the deadline. You already missed the 10/4/2019 deadline but we’re able to give two one year extensions. So long
as the City is able to commit to getting the job completed by 10/4/2021, you should be fine there.
Also, the Resolution box is checked off on the check list but I’m not finding one attached. If you already have one, can you please send me a copy? If not, and you need me to send you
a sample, please let me know.
