Re: 30-Day Notice for FY23/24 Transportation Development Act Article 3 Awards
Dear Julie Ryan,
SBCTA has not yet received the signed Claim Forms or Authorizing Resolutions for the Fiscal Year
2023/2024 Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article 3 awards listed below.
•McConnell Park Multi-Use Path Project ($240,426)
•Central Rd. Class II Bikeway Project ($397,500)
In accordance with the TDA Article 3 Guidelines, these documents were to be submitted to SBCTA within
six months (by today, April 4, 2024) of award notification. A 30-day grace period is being extended to
the Town to allow additional time to submit these documents (or to clear up any issues that may
have occurred if the Town did already submit them). However, these awards will be rescinded if the
required documents are not submitted by May 6, 2024.
